What is bizarre they have FD Approval , so we are not waiting on ridiculous bloated government we are waiting for an ethics board approval from their partner institution. At this point it is not failing to promote it is failing to execute. TLT remains moribund for the exact opposite, trial approved but equipment for trial still waiting for approval. BCT: Patient enrolment is expected to begin in late 2015 or early 2016, pending the approval by the principal investigator's institutional review board (IRB) and the execution of a final clinical trial agreement with the initial clinical trial site.
