Well, first....its not been totally "discredited".....you have to agree from an objective standpoint that Obozo's behavior with respect to the matter has been puzzling at best...for instance a couple of examples....why would he allow a book to be published under his name with a fly leaf indicating he was Kenyan born....why does he not release his college records....etc.

I am NOT inclined to believe he was foreign born...BUT...his actions are incongruous. I can see how and why people may be inclined to believe otherwise. Those who do are not "crazy"....

As for Cruz...I think he has a genuine issue because some people do not interpret the law as he does. Frankly I think it is a gray area and there ought to be something done about making the birth qualification you need to have to be POTUS....a statute codifying the requirements.....but I think it is doubtful we could get Congress to agree on a rule in a bipartisan fashion.
