Druss RE WDRY just read the firt piece of news on the DEC 19 stock offering and things already smell fishy. Insiders are unloading shares at the tune of over 50% of the offering! [i never like that offerings are supposed to raise cash for growth] And guess what? The banker with the Buy [or is it strong buy?] rating, BT Alex Brown was the leading banker.
