Pascoe said on the CC today they were working on an improved cold temp dispenser, now the sales pitch is bring cold temp to the USA (likely in H2 2017 imo) , EU and S. Am. first, then introduce the RTD. A change of plan not clearly articulated, so it leads me to speculate that they are trying to spin here, the RTD is clearly more advantageous, so why wait, unless there was an isssue and now as they say a new material is being introduced into the dispenser, from the corp, presentation:
