I really liked your analysis and based on the quantitative I think this doesn't scream a buy. If somebody were to buy it would pretty much be betting on management to get their margins right. If I were them I would ask myself, how can I get to a 10% profit margin - that's all they need to make it a wonderful investment.

I found a little bit more about the business: there are three main segments to it: a) Elfa, a Swedish shelf and closet company b) Container store retail stores and c) TCS closets, which are kind of high-end.

Another interesting tidbit is that the CEO was roommate at U of Texas with John Mackey, the founder of Whole Foods. All of these business are part of the Conscious Capitalism movement. It would be great if they combine it with Shareholder Capitalism.

I'll keep a tracking position for now and see where it goes.
