Holly, it will probably pass - after all it's for the children.
Just another sin tax. <g> Of course there are other sins that
are not taxed (yet). Went sailing with Cap'n Dave today -
not enough wind. But it beat whatever else I could have done.
BTW, the 28th is Cap'n Dave's b-day. So if you want to be on
his list... <ggg>.
