"Collapse of El Nino is underway"
vencoreweather.com

It's been underway for 3 months, but alas. Message 30326762

With coming La Nina + Atlantic Multi-decadal Oscillation showing signs of going negative, this will lead to droughts/heat waves in summer and cold as shit in winter in the U.S. Think 1930's.

I'm bullish for natural gas and wheat, however natural gas has made many look like a fool. Will this year be different? I have no idea, but with CHK close to going belly-up, that just might do it. Wow!

The Arctic outbreak this weekend, although short-lived, will be impressive in the Marcellus region. I assume it's priced into the market. It looks like a warm-up will follow this cold blast, but the warm up will also be short lived. I'd expect colder than average for east coast from end of February to end of April. In other words, I look for the negative North Atlantic Oscillation pattern to develop end of February.
