Hello, Alex. I talked to an IR person for DBCO today. I was told that DBCO could release its results anytime before year end, which means anyday from next Monday through Wednesday.

My gutfeeling is that the earnings results should not be too bad because the managment bought the 2 million shares with borrowed money around the end of the Q3. I do not think that they are stupid enough to throw away their borrowed money. But the results are probably not stellar either and most likely in the same range of last quarter, that is around 2 cents. So I do not expect the earnings to have any significant impact on the stock price. However, this is just my speculation and I am proven wrong too many times.

The IR person said that the current Asian crisis is likely to have some impact on its Australian sub due to the currency turmoil. Otherwise, business is good. He also mentioned that the management set the minimum takeover price at $2.5, which still looks pretty cheap to me.

The behavior of the DBCO stock really amazed me. Even being in play could not hold the stock above 2. As a matter of fact, the stock price slipped lower than the level before being in play. I just don't know who is selling rightnow. Either those guys are stupid or know something that we don't.

In any case, happy holidays.

Regards,
Baoho
