The UAH adjustments were all one time adjustments. This isn't the case with the monthly homogenization adjustments used on surface temperatures. Your own post shows there have been 7 adjustments over 24 yrs. Each UAH adjustment had a particular specific explanation and the UAH adjustments are unbiased - they go in both directions.
