Royco, it does not matter how high Intel goes if you convert. The conversion price is the same. About 21 1/2 per share. It is not dependend on the stock price. Now if it goes up and you sell the warrant in order to buy the stock, that is a diff. story. But would you really complain if you had to pay taxes on 85 instead of 70? gg.

I am converting mine to stock, without selling, if I have enough money left.
