With the world in a deflationary spiral any semi housing boom here will send our capital flying out of the country and hasten a collapse in the US.As I said during the last bust: show me a country where the best investment is putting bricks and blocks on an empty lot and that consume resources to maintain and produce no reduction or technologic innovation and I will show you a country going to hell in a hand basket
