If you do a bit of research Chinese refineries under construction and proposed will add approximately 1,370 M Bbls per day when completed. China is actively seeking access to oil in regions of Africa.

The shame is that Canada is not force full enough in getting a W/C off shore port. As it is the shortest shipping distance. The farce Paris agreement which was pumped by the Washington no-mind. Will never see the light of day during his term if at all. If the Republicans get the White House which seems more and more likely. They will be more interested in getting the economy up and running again.

If oil prices rise to 50 / $70 per Bbl. where green can compete, It also makes Ft. Hills and many other T/S projects profitable. Thereby Teck. should have a stable C/Flo to move forward on other ventures they have.
Sooner or later things are going to move in N/W BC. PVG has financing and is moving ahead on their project. Seabridge will certainly get picked up by someone when Copper stabilizes.

Drilling on some other properties in the region is to get underway this summer. When the Site C hydro dam is connected to the grid, there will be no shortage of power. Simply string a couple more lines.
