Hi Woody, That certainly is a correct way to look at it. Makes one wonder why they are taxing the savers of this country. I guess it is because we have too much. The way our government is going if you have anything it is too much. That's because they spent everything every body has by promising free stuff to those with nothing. It has a very strong appeal to people who sell their votes for your and my money!! We have to get this country back to our regular values or it might be too late to leave. Make like a pilgrim and go where one has rights like we used to - that is before Obama care became a right. I'm getting disgusted. sigh Bob
