We need to look at the pay back and competitive advatage and/or internal savings. I do not know too much about FTP but if they provide a competitive market advantage then perhaps it might be something for management to consider. However with the Electroni Distribution business, it pays for itself in about five years from internal savings alone. The customer service and resale of third party software comes at no cost. This could also be structured to help our VAR's sell into more accounts.
