Regarding Quorum 17,645,000+ Shares must be Voted to make the vote results VALID. ______________________________________________________ 6,524,505 are in the hands of Sarissa Capital. 3,114,981 are in the hands of Forendo. We don't know for sure how many shares Aspire held as of the record date - which is February 04, 2016 ( but it has crossed my conspiracy filled mind that they might have been behind the buying pressure following the Direct Offering ). And we don't know how many shares Bank Julius Baer has as they have never been required to file a 13G ( as they did not own over 5% of the Company's outstanding shares ). 5% = 2,647,145 Shares Owned. I expect Aspire Capital to be required to file a 13G either today or early next week to update their holdings in Apricus Bio.
