Teddy Karen Wharton at SHVA mentioned that NT negotiations may not be finilized until as late as March. Look for an 8cent loss for the 4th and final Qtr of a tough year for us the shareholders. I wonder how arrogant Frank Ingrari feels now. Zucco is the key he must leverage his Telco relationships and be willing to put NT on notice. THATS RIGHT nt needs shiva as much as shiva needs them.

Lucent or even southwest bell may find some value in Shiva Cabletron needs a remote acess entry THEY make the most logical fit with Shiva.
