when i say pay off im saying theres multiple ways to pay off which is not always illegal. the incentives could be so great that the oems have zero incentive to do any business with amd including product that is equal in quality. so yeah, if you bundle a bunch of other goodies with something then its highly unlikely that you will get someone to change their consumption habits. please refrain from personal attacks as your a moderator.
