So what you are telling me is that if people got caught up in a big promo which created high volume of sales and overinflated share price that after the balloon burst and shares drop to half that overinflated price that somehow makes for a buying opp??? That sounds like really bad investment practice to me. How do you know when the bottom is in on a stock that has been on a long downtrend and lost 68% of its value from its high ?? I cant see any guidance being offered by those average price paid numbers.

Is the theory that this many people cant be wrong so share price will rise above this level?? Sounds like poppycock to me.

As to GLH and my negative view it is really just to offer some opposing view to the huge onslaught of pumping that developed here and on SH . I have seen people get burned before by that pump machine and was trying to get them to think about getting in to deep on this one. It seems though that greed took over and many of the same victims have once again got themselves in a pickle. I held stock twice in GLH myself but they were trade buys and never held them long enough to get hurt. There are many out there that bought in at well over a dollar and now are looking at what the hell to do. All they can do is stay long and try and see if GLH can do something it promises for once and maybe a year from now they can get their money back out of it.
BTW its the two cent paper killing the share price not my little warning posts to you locals. My posts make no difference to share price but hopefully a couple people decided not to buy and saved a big loss or a couple people sold at 90 or 80 and saved themselves some coin. There are those on this site that would tell you to hold onto an anvil while you were treading water in the middle of the pacific if they thought it would make them a dollar. Always remember that and you will make out fine. As an investor you owe it to yourself not to become a Stepford Wife .
