Hi GZ: The Santa Claus rally started on schedule the 26th. The remaining days of the SC rally plus the reinvestment rally should push things higher. Whether this will be a temporary rally or a real trend will be interesting to see. I will be ready if it is an uptrend or if it sputters. Although I expect a rally and then the real decline, I would not be surprised if the rally continues. Everyone seems to be poring over the same bad news that resulted in our 13 percent correction in the DJI. I think the bear is going to need a new story. This does not mean that there are not others out there.
