There may be a misunderstanding re the 'transition'

I interprete the transition to mean evolution, meaning

From infrastructure-only to infrastructure+

And from domestic-only to global+space

For equivalent period in China history, must dial back to the year 1421

Very exciting period coming up. Volatile for sure. Existential? Hardly.
