Rick, thanks so much for your good wishes. Needless to say, I wish you & yours the very best. May the wind always be at your back.

If I knew you wash cars, walk dogs, etc. I would have gotten to know you much sooner. Now, if only you did windows.....

My advice is not to be emotional but look at the facts!! The Company, with Margolies directing path to proceed, has been doing quite well. He has a tremendous amount to gain, nopt only from the dividend but also his own long position! I will not become attached to this stock much beyond the dividend date unless something dramatic causes me to stay the course. My feeling about the entire indistry is waning inasmuch as the public sector does not hold much loyalty anylonger.
