I don't think Dems ought to be surprised that some of the decisions they have made in order to get their way in the Senate are going to come back on them. I look forward to seeing Obama neutered in his big opportunity turn the Court around.

As to the election outcome, the Dems are running an incompetent, perhaps a criminal, and an avowed socialist whose understanding of economics is nil. If either of these idiots were elected the Court would be almost unimportant.
