>> 70% to Moyco MOYC>> I am very familiar w MOYC (see the MOYC thread). MOYC is a small company. They have very superior products in their niches. They were originally a dental product company. From their they got into custom abrasives. On other their applications is to polish the ends of fiber optic cable on every splice. That is growing well, but is not on the front burner.

What is on the front burner, effecting NANX, is their CMP slurry products. This "stuff" is the "polish" that is used to flatten chips in preparation for everything that goes on them. Companies that make CMP machines are IPEC SFAM and AMAT.

Cabot CBT holds about 85% of the market share of the CMP slurry business. They are a huge Fortune 500 chemical co. Their stuff is
is inferior to MOYC's. I have seen industry studies that confirms MOYC's superiority.

MOYC-NANX - MOYC and NANX have an exclusive agreement for NANX to supply MOYC with NANX's superior "ingredients" that they use in their slurry. This "stuff" is very profitable in that you can't re-use it. The CMP machines use about 7 litres/hour.

What has been holding MOYC back from huge sales to the INTC's, IBM's etc. of the world is their size.

So, in Aug, MOYC and ASH Ashland (Ashland Chemical - also a Fortune 500 co who has factories around the world and already does vol business in other areas w IBM, INTC, MOT, etc) to do a jt venture selling MOYC's slurry (w NANX's ingredients") .. subject to "due diligence ..."

Their will be an announcement on this soon. MOYC is about 70% owned by insiders. 52 week hi 8.5 low 3.5. Now 5
