Where did you get the information about NT negotiations not being
complete until as late as March and $.08 loss for the Qtr? The way the stock has been performing lately, bigger than expected loss would not
surprise me. (I am assuming that the 4th Qtr estimate of $.07 has not been lowered)

If negotiations are not complete, the 1st Qtr will most likely show a loss. You are right, Shiva MUST look into other partnerships, if that's what it takes to become profitable.
