One of the great advantages CCB has as it moves towards production is its infrastructure. I don't know of any pre production junior resource company that has the infrastructure CCB has. The logistical importance of having a dual deposit beside a paved highway between two major Canadian cities cannot be understated. Anyone doing DD will discover there is also railroad, power lines and water to add onto the list of CAPEX lowering amenities. Continued DD will show the Miller deposit is located on private land (way less red tape) with no swamp issues and of course there are no aboriginal issues either. With the list of major infrastructure and land issue bugaboos that plague junior resource companies eliminated some further DD will show the local quarry is interested in all the marble waste they can get and that a private land owner (a CCB investor ) has heavy equipment on site that is used to do trenching, drilling and road clearing for lower than average rate.

While this summary of facts is impressive and the envy of any resource company the dual deposit itself is comprised high quality commodities located right a surface making the CAPEX crushing fundamentals the best, if not among the best in the graphite space.
