Sounds a lot like the USA so called boom periods post 9/11. Yes scares me when housing and financial engineering make up too big of a component of GDP and when construction, remodeling, HELOC extraction are the biggest drivers of income growth, consumption and innovation. Ah but don't worry Obamacare is saving the day growth more balanced than 2004-06 in the new age MIC growing through the roof..
