HI FUBHO,

Not sure on this but It applies to bonds and the guarantee of getting your 100% back from a mature bond.

I have read and heard that it won't work in the USA because we have MMF(Money Market Funds) which must be at 1.00 par.

Euroland does not have MMF's .
