It was intended for other individuals on that board that always try to influence the board's mood with their constant Negativity and then top it off with Misinformation and claim that they are not there to do exactly that ( Influence the Board ). They spew Blatant Lies and then act like they never said a thing. And that goes for the other side of that coin too. The Pumping side. I'm sure that you can think of a few on your own that fit the descriptions.

You are in your entire right to vote the shares however you wish. It's just that, in my opinion, it would have been easier to stop the measure, by not voting at all. Not that I'm telling you anything that you didn't know.

And for the record, I feel that the measure was a lose less situation. If we had a Secondary Offering we would be in a far worse situation. Just because it's less worse, it doesn't make it a good measure. But at the end of the day, as an Investor, don't you want to get the most for your money? Sarissa knows the situation that Apricus is in.
