I certainly agree with you about the jokers on the other board. They often make outrageous statements as if they were facts instead of opinions. I also agree with your insight about the offering. I think the part that rattled me the most was the renegotiating of the warrants for.88. I guess Pascoe et.al were handcuffed and had to cave to the demands to get the deal done. And, with all that said I still think we will see 7-10 a share for a buyout price . And let me add that the 7-10 price is my opinion and not based on any factual information.
