Regeast, Never heard back from Steve. He sounded like he had an axe to grind. Did you work at Falcon or Artecon? I'm trying to get some read on the management at Artecon since they are going to run the company. This and what their balance sheet and earnings look like would be nice. Management at STDM has been very weak as far as running the company. STDM produces good products but didn't understand marketing nor their competition well. CPQ and HWP understood these issues and kicked STDM's butt. The real question is whether Lambert knows how to market and sell. If he doesn't pay well or doesn't emphasize selling and marketing this combination will not fly either. I agree with all your potential synergies of the combined company but don't have enough visibility about Artecon to jump yet. Also, management has to be good to merge 2 companies without losing key personnel. These are my concerns. If you have any ideas about how to get more info about Artecon I would appreciate it. Their website only provides some background but no financials. Karl
