Again, no disrespect, but I see nothing in your argument that suggests the Unisplendour investment is more likely to close prior to the SanDisk closure, rather than after. And given the announcement that anticipated SanDisk closure has been moved up from Q3 to Q2, there is an even smaller window within which Unisplendour must close to achieve the $86.50 price. Given CFIUS involvement, time of Unisplendour closure is not even under the control of either party to the Unisplendour transaction.

Perhaps I can ask you more directly. Why do you think the Unisplendour deal is more likely to close before the SanDisk closure, as opposed to after? It can be argued that from a overall cash basis, it is to the advantage of both Unisplendour and Western Digital to intentionally delay the closure of the Unisplendour investment, especially if Western Digital obtains shareholder approval for the issuance of new shares. This is not at all addressed in any of your arguments that call $86.50 more likely.
