Again, as I wrote previously, I think the Chinese want to buy SNDK technology, which they can buy without having to buy the fab facilities. If you are suggesting that the Chinese wait until the transaction goes through at $67, and then buy WDC, then they have no claim on the WDC-SNDK technology. I have also pointed out that during this waiting period, there is nothing that would stop the Chinese from buying call options on SNDK, or buying SNDK shares directly at a price still below the minimum $67.
