Again Mr/Ms. Smith your lack of TA acumen is truly comical. All comparisons in any TA on any single stock is done in reference to only that specific stock. Not MSFT or INTC. Any single end of day, week or month trade alters every outcome in the technicals of every stock and it is in the unique HISTORY of each stock that the perspective of TA is to be taken.
