Nah, you don't get it Chaz. According to Sal, the secret API's are "published", because Microsoft uses them. The fact that nobody else can use them is irrelevant, I guess. Secret is maybe another word that has a differnet meaning in Microsoftese.

Disclaimer: I don't really know the story, I'm the guy who has IE3 but it doesn't show up on the install/uninstall panel. It's just not fair!
