I don't see the stupidity you're referring to here.

It is just my opinion (of course), but I think it is stupid for both of those persons to offer opinions in
an attempt to sway the public to their way of thinking, when NEITHER of them was in anyway party to
the negotiations between Apple Inc. and the F.B.I.
