This is a further comment regarding your December 18th question as to whether QKTN cut prices due to competition from IKOS. In the October 13, 1997 Value Line Special Situations there is the following statement:

"According to the company (IKOS), Quickturn is being much more aggressive on price than IKOS had peviously expected. While Quickturn's products are listed at twice the price of those of IKOS, and IKOS was offering a 20%-30% discount off of list price, Quickturn came in below IKOS on price for one deal and was competitive on the other."
