Just listened in to the CNN MoneyWeek (TV), there is an interview with Ross Margolies, Director of some asset management of Salm. Brothers. He said we'll see the Jan. Effect coming in January due to more severe tax loss selling (last year it came in Nov and Dec), and he is (or was) buying beaten down stocks - four in the networking sectors - FORE, CS, COMS and BAY (yes, no Cisco), and Seg in DD.
