LUXORA S MILL FRAME LLC AWARDED TURNKEY FRAMING CONTRACT FOR HERONA S KEY SENIOR LIVING PROJECT IN GIG HARBOR, WASHINGTON BY THE WEITZ COMPANY

Luxor Industrial Corp.'s subsidiary, USA Mill Frame LLC, has been awarded the $6-million (U.S.) turnkey framing contract for the Heron's Key project in Gig Harbor, Wash., by the Weitz Company. This week, the company commenced installation at Heron's Key, the largest project ever in Gig Harbor.

Luxor's 2016 U.S. framing contracts now total in excess of $11-million (U.S.) or $15-million (Canadian).

Luxor's subsidiary Mill Frame Inc. will be supplying all framing materials including prefabricated walls and engineered floor systems produced at its manufacturing facilities in Abbotsford, B.C., in addition to on-site labour. Luxor is partnering with a trading house to assist with the financing of the framing materials.

Steve Conboy, president of Mill Frame LLC, comments, "We are excited to work with the Weitz Company on this amazing project and I feel privileged to work with our very talented management, design team, prefabrication workers, on-site crew and supervisors, and am confident that we will complete this project on budget and on time."
