I have developed my own 'home-grown' version of TA applicable to the Canadian spec markets primarily. The basic theory is that when a stock is going to experience a share price change, trading activity rises above an established normal level. By observing this pattern and incorporating a method of price target forecasting (my previously mentioned price plateau theory), you can reasonable predict when to buy and sell a given security. I have been using this method for several years now and make available price target data to interested people. I am unable to discuss this further in this forum due to rules regarding 'marketing' of info or services. Please e-mail me if you wish further info.
