I have no info to offer on the subject, other than concrete knowledge of the deal structure, readily available to any investor. I have sought to obtain facts, if available, that would support Art's assertion regarding increasing odds of the $86.50 deal. I've learned from his responses that he has no such facts which are relevant to the transaction at hand, or if he does, is unwilling to share them. Where we can engage in discussion to separate facts, calculated hypotheses, and wishful thinking, investors will be less likely to be led astray.
