I agree with your statement above 100%.

I also believe that you reached a valid conclusion regarding Art's assertion which may or may not be correct.

I would love to see the deal close at $86.50 rather than $67.50 but the fact is it will close where it does and we will all know which of the 2 price points is correct fairly soon.
