Do I see a bear?
I agree with you except for the 9600. I don't think we'll make it back to the old highs (8254 was it?). I also think it will take longer to get to the 4000-5000 range. As a rough rule, 1/3 of the decline in a bear market occurs in the first 2/3 of its duration, and
the last 2/3 of the decline occurs in the last 1/3 of the duration of the bear market. I expect that the market won't drop more than 3000-4000 points, but it will be longer than one year.
