I play mostly stocks, stock options and index options (in that order).
Have you ever shorted CSCC, PAIR or USRX!!! Sometimes shorting is better if you know the direction but don't know the timeframe. In the options, you loose the time premium.

Anyhow, take a look at VIAS and even COMS options. You may find some good play. If you are interested we can talk on OEX and SPX.
