Do you happen to know what the average PE ratio for Semi sector might be or has been? (17-20)? Maybe when CYMI (current PE=22 and to get to 20is around 14 3/4)gets in line with that,then buyers will come in as a obviously great opportunity (like tomarrow,I hope)
