There are no solutions from Trump, just anger targeted at a vocal slice of the population. And, to make matters worse, the president of the United States is black. Pent-up racism among many of Trump supporters has led to their total disdain for the entire executive branch. Just 21% believe that President Barack Obama was born in the United States and most thought he was a Muslim.

It is also worth noting that a recent poll indicated that more than a third of these supporters wanted the South to win the Civil War. They are not really angry at the leadership in Congress, completely controlled by Republicans. They are angry at the president. It was his job to improve their daily lives, it was his job to stop the waves of immigrants, it was his job to ease their tax
