Jack, some have expressed their faith that our government will be able to get us out of this mess with a few bumps and bruises. There are also some who are stocking food, guns and precious metals now. Most of us are somewhere in between. I tend to think that there is so much going wrong now that it would not take alot for things to get completely out of control. Others would counter with most everything is fine, the asian 'thing will blow over, gold is dead, inflation is dead, everybody has a job that wants one, what to worry, global markets, global currency, one world government here we come. I hope for the best, wish no one ill, and am sore from stradling the investment/hedging fence. I'm in the market, in bonds, in gold, in cash, and in church. Regards, Ron |
