To All:

I could really use some help. I have Windows 10. I got a ad malware on Firefox. It is called Reimage. It seems to be the source for a mass of adware being dumped on my computer to the point it is gumming up everything. It goes to ad links instead of links I click on. I had a battle to get to Computer Help.
I went through my Control Panel and removed some adware I found. Nothing else is on the Control Panel. I looked up a removal program and it said the program is on Firefox and to use Ctr Shift A, then check tabs and remove all Reimage stuff.
I can't make sense of that, I have done all sorts of Ctr Shift A tries. I never get Firefox tabs.
I tried some Web stuff (Reimage is listed as a malware and a virus depending on who you read). I haven't found anything that I can follow. One site listed how to get rid of it off the Control Panel with an associated program called Babylon. I don't have that.
I downloaded SuperAntiSpyware and ran it, no luck. I uninstalled Firefox. When I reinstalled it instantly came back as it was presumably still loaded with Reimage.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this thing. Assume I am not great with computers.
All the Best
