I recently invested in an energy company called Rice Energy Inc. and today I happened to look at its company filings and noticed its latest filing was a 13G. I was simply curious of the company acquiring the stock of RICE and wanted to know more about it. Upon researching, I've discovered that this particular company has invested in other energy companies recently as well, and these are shares in the millions. My question is, are we hitting a bottom with oil prices? Or, putting it another way, is the market bracing/anticipating for a rebound? - David
