I would be more concerned of the reason for the halt rather than what or who caused attention to it. It could have been stockholders as well as the "Nay"... The point is...what have they found? I am curious also. I have ideas but don't think it is fair to speculate about these things as my speculation is worthless. It should not be long before some kind of news is circulated.
