The problem is you can't add Trump, Cruz and Carson's followers together. Trump has burned the bridges to all the other candidates. No other candidate will ever leave the race and throw his support to Trump. There's a price to pay for his personal nastiness. That's why Rubio is on a glide path to the nomination. Mark my word.
